Who will design my project?
Your project is designed by a SemBro Designs designer who works with you from the first consultation. They help with layout, materials and finishes and prepare design previews so you can see the result before construction begins.
Will I have one point of contact during the remodel?
Yes. Every project has a dedicated project manager. They coordinate the schedule, materials and crew, answer your questions and keep you updated until the final walkthrough.
Are your installers employees or subcontractors?
Cabinet and countertop installation is done by our in-house team. For specialized work such as electrical or plumbing, we work with licensed in-house professionals.
Can I meet the team before signing a contract?
Yes. You meet your project consultant and your designer during the free consultation in your home. You can also meet our team at our showroom at 2163 N Wilson Rd. It is a good opportunity to ask questions and see if we are the right fit for your project.
How does the team communicate with me during the project?
Your project manager is your main contact by phone or email, and you can follow the schedule in our online client portal. Near the end of the project, we meet again to review every detail with you.
